Bay Leaf tree in a 3 gallon container. Bay Leaf refers to the aromatic leaf of the Bay Laurel (Laurus nobilis, Lauraceae). Fresh or dried bay leaves are used in cooking for their distinctive flavor and fragrance. The leaves are often used to flavor soups, stews, braises and pâtés in Mediterranean Cuisine. The fresh leaves are very mild and do not develop their full flavor until several weeks after picking and drying.

The Moringa tree in a 3 gallon container is native to the Himalayan foothills in Northwestern India. Moringa is widely cultivated in areas such as Africa, Central and South America, Sri Lanka, India, Mexico, Malaysia, and the Philippines. It is believed to be one of the most useful trees in the world. The fruits are 6-8 inch long, brown in color and have six visible veins. The leaves are 1-2 feet long and leaflets are in pairs of 6 to 9, with a width of 1/4 inches. The seeds of Moringa Oleifera are triangular in shape and astringent in taste.

They were first introduced to the New World through Mexico in 1560 and then to California in 1769. It is one of the few fruits that can be grown in all fifty states, and there are a multitude of varieties suitable to each growing region. The Black Mission and especially the Brown Turkey variety are the two best for tropical and subtropical climates. Black Mission figs are teardrop in shape with thin black skin and a reddish flesh. Sweeter than honey these larger figs are the cream of the crop. They provide 2 crops a year.

Mango Tree Juicy Peach Variety Tree Grafted in a 3 Gallon Container. This is a recently released cultivar which produces amazing medium size fruit that has a hint of Peach flavor. As the name suggest this is an extremely juicy variety of mango that is fiberless as well as sweet. The Red Jaboticaba all the way from Brazil in a 3 gallon container. Mirrors the flavor of the purple Jaboticaba the tree's are similar but a lot of people say that the red is a lot sweet and less tart than the purple fruit when ripe.

Bay Rum Tree in a 3 gallon container. The bayberry or bay rum tree (Pimenta racemosa) is a broadleaved tropical evergreen native to the islands of the Caribbean. The bay rum tree is known for the essential oil present in the leaves and stems. The oil, composed of terpenes, has a clove-like fragrance. Bay rum first came about as a 'rub' for sore muscles, strains, and sprains. It was also discovered that the essential oil contains a diterpene that has anti-bacterial properties. Bay rum was a popular aftershave in the early 20th century. It is literally made with the leaves of the tree and rum. Consequently, the aftershave has its spicy notes from the bay and its smoky, woody tones from the rum aged in casks.

Jujube Tree Indian Green Thornless Grafted variety in a 3 Gallon Container. Sometimes called Dounce or bore. Having the texture and flavor of an apple the jujube are often referred to as manzana or manzanita meaning apple or little apple. It is an important commercial fruit crop in Thailand, Vietnam, and India, and it is grown on smaller scales throughout Malaysia and Australia. The trees are bush-like with a weeping habit, and they will bear fruit early. Jujubes are known to be extremely prolific producers

The fruit is traditionally served in Thailand in combination with sticky rice. One of the most popular varieties in Thailand. The fruit is very sweet, with the highest sugar content of any mango tested in Florida. It has a strong Indo-Chinese flavor and is somewhat fibrous. The fruit are small, hand in clusters and drop off the tree when ripe.

It is extraordinary in several aspects: In size, it is among the largest fruits in the world, second only to the breadfruit and the Jackfruit. The Yellow Jaboticaba all the way from Brazil in a 3 gallon container resembles large gooseberries in appearance. The fruit's flavor being similar to an apricot making this a very delicious and sweet fruit.

It's color, disease resistance, and storage qualities appeal to merchants and consumers worldwide. The fruit ripens June to July. Great commercial Mango and makes a great shade tree.

Santol Tree in a 3 Gallon Container. Santol is a common fruit in the markets throughout Indonesia and the Philippines. The fruit is about the size of a baseball and it has a thin rind. The pulp is sweet to sub-acid and surrounds several large seeds. The fruit are typically eaten fresh, but they are also used to make jellies and preserves throughout India and Malaysia.

Belonging to the Rutaceae family, the Murraya Koenigi plant grows to a height between 2 and five meters, depending on various factors. The leaves are small, pointed and in clusters, giving of a strong aroma faintly reminding one of citrus and anise. The aroma is delightful when added to curries and while frying spices, and lends that extra something to south Indian dishes. It also has many medicinal uses and is an anti-carcinegine as well as anti-oxidant. Can easily be kept in a container for easy access.

Through a breeding program that began in 1953 the University of Florida successfully developed numerous low chill peach varieties suitable to Florida’s mild climate. The varieties we carry will grow and produce fruit even as far south as Miami. In fact, they have fruited successfully in Cuba and Nassau, Bahamas. The fruit quality is equal to that of temperate-zone cultivars, and small commercial plantings can be found throughout central Florida. The trees are deciduous and lose their leaves each winter, but they are highly ornamental otherwise making them an excellent choice for the home garden.
