Countdown to St. Patrick's Day - Recipe 4
Emerald Fluff - Day 4
To make a dessert salad serving 6-8 people, follow the recipe below.
- 9 oz cool whip
- 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
- 11 oz mandarin oranges, drained
- 3 oz instant pistachio pudding
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill until served.
2. Food coloring can be added if you want a darker shade of green.
