Mix Berry & Cream Blast Bowl

Serving Size: 1 Bowl

Do you crave a sweet snack, but don’t want to

overindulge in a treat loaded with unhealthy

calories? The Mix Berry & Cream Blast Bowl

will satisfy your sweet tooth without causing

you to fall off of your clean eating journey.

Ingredients

1 cup of nonfat greek yogurt, plain 

1⁄2 cup blueberries & sliced strawberries

Sprinkle of cinnamon (for top)

1⁄2 cup granola (optional topping)

Preparation

1. Rinse and drain blueberries and sliced

strawberries.

2. Combine berries and greek yogurt in a

small bowl or cup.

3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

4. (optional) Add 1⁄2 cup granola on top.

Tip for chocolate lovers - add 1

tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Tip - A quick and clean way to keep your

berries fresh: mix 1/3 cup white vinegar

and 1⁄2 cup of water together and rinse

berries in a strainer. Line a flat pan with

paper towels and allow berries to dry.

Store in a glassware bowl with plastic lid

for ultimate freshness.
