I purchased this tree from Plantogram. I could tell it was a tree that grew from a seed and that it had a grafted proceedure from a mature fruit tree. My first fruit came when the tree was still in the original planters pot it came in. I quickly had to go to a local hardware store and buy the tree a large clay pot. From there the tree grew large. The trunk of tree stayed small. The branches are slender. I can say it is a heavy flowering tree. I put a pot of flowering rosemary next to tree so the aroma of rosemary drove the bees to this tree. Every season on my driveway this tree produces avocados in the container . I bag fruit so the birds do not get to fruit. Lost count of fruit it produced. Over thirty a season .
Just received....bought 2, placed next to pool given they are dwarfs....
lets hope we get lots of fruit...they look so nice.
