Bay Rum Tree in a 3 gallon container. The bayberry or bay rum tree (Pimenta racemosa) is a broadleaved tropical evergreen native to the islands of the Caribbean. The bay rum tree is known for the essential oil present in the leaves and stems. The oil, composed of terpenes, has a clove-like fragrance. Bay rum first came about as a 'rub' for sore muscles, strains, and sprains. It was also discovered that the essential oil contains a diterpene that has anti-bacterial properties. Bay rum was a popular aftershave in the early 20th century. It is literally made with the leaves of the tree and rum. Consequently, the aftershave has its spicy notes from the bay and its smoky, woody tones from the rum aged in casks.

This mango was only recognized when it was planted in the garden of the Nawab or ruler, of the area during the 18th century. Desheri mangoes were planted in many of the mango growing regions of India after it became popular in the northern region. The oldest and largest growing region of Dasheri mangoes is in Malihabad in Uttar Pradesh, in northern India. Dasheri mangoes have a fiber-less, peach-colored flesh, the flavor is very sweet and aromatic. Also known as Dusari

All the way from Southern Gujarat, Sonpari Mango a hybrid of Alphonso, one of the best tasting mangos. Sold in a 3 gallon container. Yellow skin, saffron orange inside. Considered to be one of the best tasting Indian Mango’s on the market.

Himsagar Mangoes are the specialty of West Bengal and Orissa, Himsagar is one of the top five mangoes in India you should and must have. The inside is yellow to orange in color and does not have any fiber. Himsagar considered the milk and honey of the have nots. The Himasagar mango, a thin-skinned mango, is characterized by complete absence of fiber, a golden hue, pleasant aroma and unparallel sweetness. It is produced in West Bengal and, in most years, is comercialized in June only. The Himsagar cultivar, despite its potential, is a local fruit, difficult to find outside West Bengal.

Tea Plant Large Leaf Variety in a 3 Gallon Container. The Tea plant is a small shrub about 1-2 meters in height, though it will grow taller if you don't prune it. It is a highly productive tree that bears fruit quickly. High in anti-oxidants. Olive oil reduces bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol. The fruit is small and it has a high oil content, with excellent flavor, and a fruity and delicate aroma. It is a very good oil to blend with others or stand alone. Uniform ripening. They were first introduced to the New World through Mexico in 1560 and then to California in 1769. It is one of the few fruits that can be grown in all fifty states, and there are a multitude of varieties suitable to each growing region. The Black Mission and especially the Brown Turkey variety are the two best for tropical and subtropical climates. Black Mission figs are teardrop in shape with thin black skin and a reddish flesh. Sweeter than honey these larger figs are the cream of the crop. They provide 2 crops a year.

Coffee Tree in a 3 Gallon Container. Coffee plants have small white, fragrant, star-shaped flowers that are clustered in the leaf axils. They resemble gardenias to which they are related. The edible fruits are small fleshy berries changing in color from green to yellow to red. Two greenish-gray seeds are covered with a thin membrane and are enclosed in a dry husk-like parchment. When only one seed develops it is known as a pea-berry and commands a higher price. The seeds can easily be dried, roasted and ground at home. Coffee plants are fairly easy to grow in the home as a potted specimen, which should be moved outdoors for the summer if possible.

They are eaten as fresh fruit, in jams and in wine. They can be frozen whole to enjoy throughout the year. Because the fruit occurs on the old growth it is best never to prune them. They are especially cold hardy plants, and they like a lot of water. Fruit throughout the year. Used commerically in a Jelly made by Smuckers.
